FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Every programme begins with a comprehensive assessment of strength, mobility, body composition, and movement quality. This baseline shapes the personal training sessions schedule and determines starting loads, progressions, and recovery intervals.

PROGRAMME DESIGN

A custom workout programme is written specifically for the client's goals and weekly availability. Individual fitness training sessions are structured to build progressive overload, manage fatigue, and incorporate adequate recovery between training stimulus.

COACHED SESSIONS

One on one training sessions are led by a personal fitness coach who monitors technique, adjusts tempo, and cues correct movement patterns throughout the workout. Real-time feedback prevents compensatory patterns that lead to overuse and plateau.
